Mr. Mike Lotz, of Lotz Renovations Inc., has worked with Indian Lakes Resort and Nordic Hills Resort as far back as 1996. Mr. Lotz headed up a major 314-guest room renovation project, and remodeled 7 handicapped accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers. Most recently Mike completed a model guest room for Indian Lakes Resort. This was our 2000 prototype for a complete makeover scheduled to begin soon. Mike also designed and completely remodeled my home, which I recently purchased in Medinah, Illinois. I highly recommend Mr. Lotz because of his creativity, ability to stick to an agreed upon schedule, his business acumen and his alliance with outstanding subcontractors that work with him. Our company and I will personally continue this relationship whenever there are opportunities to employ his talents.

I searched for a contractor to renovate my mother's basement. When Mike came out to the house, he saw the work that needed to be done (a lot of updates, since the house was built in the early 70's) and informed me of unforseen circumstances. His proposal was very complete and the work he performed was for the amount he quoted. There were circumstances that were not unexpected (there always are in any job), but this did not slow him down or cause any delays to the project schedule. There are additional projects that need to be done at my mother's home and I would gladly use Mike's services again.

Kitchen Wall Removal I contacted Mike Lotz about a month ago to give me an estimate for the job of taking out a wall between our kitchen/breakfast area and family room. Even though I made the initial call and left voicemail on a Sunday he called me back the same day! We agreed on a convenient time the next evening and Mike was here right on time. He's pleasant, friendly and very professional. He listened to my plans, answered my questions and told me he would email me a written estimate in a few days, which he did and I found it very reasonable. I then called him to schedule the work and he was able to give me exactly the date I was asking for in just a couple weeks. On the morning of the agreed upon day Mike and his son Michael were here right at 8:00 AM as promised. They set up and got right to work, always being careful to protect the surrounding areas from the destruction/construction dust and debris. Lo and behold by 4:00 PM the wall was gone, they had cleaned up and done a ...
