In today’s market replacing a roof has many options for the homeowners; there is Asphalt shingles, metal roofs, and clay tile roofs.  The most common one is the Asphalt shingle also known as a 3 tab shingles or Architectural shingle. Metal roofing has been increasing in sales due to the fact you have designer colors, stronger, and more durable than asphalt shingles.
