First consultation: One of our design team experts will schedule an appointment to
meet with you to discuss the project. We will take accurate measurements for the
project and listen to your thoughts on the project. We will discuss any concerns
you might have and explain our remodeling process.
Second: We will provide you with detailed drawings of the project; we will sit down
and discuss any changes you may want. We will also at this time give you some alternatives
to the project layout.
Third: After the final drawings are to the clients liking. We will then make selections
on flooring, millwork, vanities, ceiling materials, lighting, and color. At this
point of the process a deposit will be required to continue on.
Fourth: We will submit all drawings to get permits approved for this project. Also
at this time all final selections will be made and materials ordered.
Fifth: Our project manager will contact the client to make an appointment to discuss
the project schedule. We will go over any issues the client may have regarding the
project and explain how we will eliminate their concerns. We will also discuss the
warranty process on the work after the project has been completed. We will offer
a 3 year warranty on workmanship on all of our projects.
